All products sold in this shop are secondhand, recycled, upcycled, or pre-owned items. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that items are not new products and may show signs of previous use. Small defects, wear, fading, repairs, or imperfections may be present. Each item is unique and individually described in its product listing, including condition notes and photographs. These characteristics are part of the product and do not constitute defects. We always aim to describe items as accurately as possible, but due to the nature of secondhand and upcycled goods, variations in condition are expected and accepted by the customer.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email or by shipping the goods.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process or in the Shipping Policy. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order placement unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times and shipping costs are provided on the Shipping Policy page. Unless otherwise stated, delivery times begin after payment has been received.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details regarding cancellation and returns are provided in our separate Withdrawal Policy.
Returns are accepted in accordance with statutory rights. Due to the secondhand and upcycled nature of the products, normal signs of use and condition characteristics described in the product listing are not considered defects. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or issues must be reported immediately upon receipt. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Statutory warranty rights apply. However, for secondhand and upcycled items, the condition described in the product listing is part of the contractual agreement.
Normal wear, age-related signs, and explicitly described imperfections are excluded from warranty claims. This does not affect liability for hidden defects that were not disclosed in the product description.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), provided the customer is a consumer within the European Union.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
